Purpose & Mission
As our Functional Consultant you will provide advice and support to businesses about technology that can perform critical tasks and processes. By delivering recommendation and configuration technology-based solutions to address our clients in developing their business process automation system by analyzing various sustainable methods and solutions that meet their required structure.
This role is suitable for you if you are looking to develop your skills both in business process optimization and business software. You will learn practical, hands-on experience (not just theories) since you will be exposed to business owners of small to medium-sized businesses.

Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver our tech to our customer (Business owners, decision makers, and stakeholders)
Analyze and evaluate client’s business process to identify their pain-points and goals
Generate client’s business process and specification requirements
Conduct mapping and gap analysis between client’s business requirements and the company’s system capabilities
Provide innovative yet efficient business solutions for client’s functional and technical needs
Who We are Looking for:
Bachelor’s degree with a min. GPA of 3.5 in any field (Accounting and Information System would be a plus)
- Min. 0-5 years of relevant experience (Formerly Business Analyst / Account Manager / Functional Consultant / ERP Consultant / Project Manager, and any related experience will be considered the most.)
- Under 1 year experience candidate, internship experience are valid. Fresh graduate and final year student are welcome to apply
- Special interest in business process optimization and business software
- Must have traits: Data-driven, out-of-the box thinking, growth mindset, good communication skills.
- Strong sense of product ownership
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
